About The Position

ACQ Media is seeking a Social Media Producer to lead the growth and performance of the social ecosystem for ACQ Media and the personal brands of Alex Hormozi, Leila Hormozi, and Sharran Srivatsaa. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully scaled accounts and can demonstrate measurable results. ACQ Media operates as the in-house media engine for Acquisition.com, producing long-form series, podcasts, and daily short-form content distributed globally. The content is designed to drive measurable brand growth and business impact, not just vanity engagement. The company functions like a studio, emphasizing structured workflows, batch production, clear performance metrics, and AI-native systems to build a compounding content machine. The Social Media Producer will be responsible for the strategy, editorial direction, and performance of all short-form and platform-native content, transforming long-form episodes into high-retention assets that drive traffic and strengthen the brand ecosystem. This is a management position based in Las Vegas, requiring direct management of the Social Coordinator, ownership of the publishing pipeline, and the development of repeatable, compounding systems. The ideal candidate is a growth-minded operator with deep platform knowledge, a proactive approach to integrating AI into workflows, and a performance-driven mindset for social media.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social production, digital strategy, or video-first content growth, with a proven track record of scaling accounts through original video content.
  • Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and owning performance outcomes.
  • Strong editorial judgment. You can consistently identify high-retention moments within long-form content and understand why they will perform on specific platforms.
  • Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging formats, with a clear understanding of distribution mechanics and platform culture.
  • AI-forward operator who actively integrates AI into creative and production workflows to increase speed, output, and iteration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end social growth strategy across all platforms, translating long-form content into high-performing short-form assets that drive traffic, retention, and measurable brand growth.
  • Lead and develop the Social Coordinator, setting strategic direction while ensuring disciplined execution of the publishing calendar and platform distribution.
  • Identify high-retention moments within long-form content and provide clear editorial direction to editors to maximize performance and cohesion.
  • Build and optimize repeatable production systems, including AI-driven workflows that increase speed, output, and quality.
  • Monitor performance data across platforms, translate insights into actionable pivots, and continuously improve strategy based on measurable results.
  • Partner with the production team to ensure social-first capture, organized asset management, and rapid turnaround from long-form production to distribution.
