Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terms, pharmaceuticals, and medical surroundings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Operating environment; Word, Excel, Outlook
• Knowledge of proper communication etiquette
• Ability to work within all levels of organization
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing
• Precise attention to detail and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• 2 years relevant medical or field missions experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned domestic and international medical missions trips
• Provide trip reports including, but not limited to, summary of daily activities, photos, testimonies, statistics
• Reconcile financials upon return from outreaches
