About The Position
At Mega Saver, we focus on creating a fun, fast-paced experience for both our customers and our team members — and we’re looking for someone creative and energetic to help tell our story online! We are seeking a motivated Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand presence, engage our communities, and support recruiting and store marketing efforts across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Canva
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Positive attitude and team-focused mentality
Nice To Haves
- Photography/video editing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Mega Saver’s social media platforms
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photos, reels, and promotional posts
- Develop recruiting-focused social media campaigns to attract top talent
- Promote store events, grand openings, giveaways, and company initiatives
- Respond to messages, comments, and online engagement professionally and timely
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new ideas to increase reach and engagement
- Coordinate with operations and leadership teams on marketing needs
- Track social media performance and provide reporting/insights
- Assist with branding consistency across all platforms and materials
