Savantage's Marketing team is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to drive our digital presence and expand our influence across modern media channels. As our digital frontline, the candidate will be responsible for amplifying Savantage's voice in the Federal IT, Technology, and Management space through strategic, high-volume content creation and community building. In this role, the candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that positions Savantage as a leader at the intersection of delivering cutting-edge technology and financial management. The candidate will work closely with Marketing leadership to translate complex technical concepts into engaging digital content that resonates with an audience of Federal government executives, financial management professionals, and decision-makers. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in social media, constantly monitoring trends and engagement metrics to optimize the approach. The candidate understands that success in this space requires both strategic thinking and consistent execution. The candidate is passionate about building communities through digital channels and has demonstrated the ability to grow and engage audiences through authentic, timely content. In addition, the candidate will create scripted videos, short-form documentaries, animated promos, web series, podcasts, and training and marketing videos and collateral (such as handouts and ads). The candidate must have a strong visual style with experience in video editing, graphics, and various video format standards that can be used to create professional corporate videos for internal and external use. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and will be mostly remote but will require occasional in-person presence in the DC metro area, as well as occasional domestic travel for conferences and industry events.
