Social Media & Marketing Intern
About The Position
In our Social Media and Marketing Intern, we’re looking for someone interested in how brands can authentically engage on social media. You should be a great communicator and comfortable engaging with consumers on social media and interacting with internal colleagues. Minnetonka is planning to revitalize our presence on social media, and this position will play a key part in the ideation and execution of that initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing world, particularly in the fashion industry. You’ll be able to develop your skills in outreach, relationship-building, and trend analysis while playing a key role in Minnetonka’s influencer marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
- Increase engagement on Instagram and TikTok by interacting with accounts who tag Minnetonka.
- Work with the marketing team on content ideas and writing Meta captions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching social media trends, engagement opportunities and fresh approaches to creation and curation. You will be part of the connection between where we are and where we will go across the social landscape.
- Collaborate on the creation of an influencer outreach program.
- Additional related projects, as needed.
