Social Media Marketing Account Executive
About The Position
MGH, a full-service marketing communications agency, is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Account Executive with 1-3+ years agency or in-house experience to join their social media marketing team. The position offers remote, hybrid, or in-office work options. The role involves shooting and editing social media content, creating monthly editorial calendars, managing client social media accounts, developing client reports, performing influencer research and outreach, and sourcing user-generated content. Requirements
- Strong video shooting and editing experience
- Some brand or agency marketing experience (1-3 years), with an emphasis on social media marketing, video production, and/or digital marketing. Applicable internship experience is considered acceptable.
- Strong writing abilities and attention to detail
- Strong familiarity with and interest in a career path related to social media marketing and content development
- Strong familiarity with social media marketing tools
- High levels of energy, and a desire to quickly learn new tactics and tools
- Adaptable, flexible
- Positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit social media content, with an emphasis on social video content
- Create/write monthly editorial calendars, including brainstorming, copywriting, and partnering with the creative team for visual development
- Manage client social media accounts, including posting, monitoring and response
- Develop client reports with a variety of social media and website metrics, and analyses of results
- Perform research and outreach to influencers
- Source and collect user-generated content
