About The Position

Nasuni is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and scale our global social presence across modern and emerging platforms. This is a builder role for someone who operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and storytelling, not just publishing content, but shaping how Nasuni shows up in the market. You will translate complex cloud infrastructure narratives into compelling, high-performing content, while driving measurable growth across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Reddit. Requirements

  • 4–8 years in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • 1-2 year experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS ecosystem
  • Proven ownership of social strategy + execution with high impact results
  • Experience driving measurable growth (engagement, reach, audience)
  • Hands-on experience across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally to amplify brand content across social channels, including customer and employee storytelling or company announcements
  • Experience as a content creator (not just manager)
  • Experience using AI tools in content workflows

Nice To Haves

  • B2B SaaS within cloud, B2B Software, Data Infrastructure, Backup, Security, AI/ML ecosystem experience
  • Experience working with creative teams or agencies
  • Executive or brand storytelling experience
  • Experience supporting employer brand or recruiting marketing initiatives (e.g., promoting hires, talent communities, or culture content on LinkedIn/social)
  • Built or scaled a B2B social program from early-stage to maturity
  • Strong narrative instincts and brand voice development
  • Experience connecting social to broader marketing impact
  • Coordinated Social Media programs with Channel Partners and Cloud Alliances such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, OCI, or GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Nasuni’s global social media strategy across key platforms
  • Create and publish original content (short-form, campaigns, storytelling)
  • Provide creative direction to internal teams aligned to social performance
  • Build and scale a multi-platform content engine
  • Drive measurable growth in audience, engagement, and brand reach
  • Expand into emerging platforms and test new formats
  • Partner cross-functionally to amplify campaigns and customer stories
  • Analyze performance and continuously optimize content strategy
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, testing, and insights
  • Build scalable workflows for content repurposing and experimentation
