Reporting into the VP, Communications at HID, the Social Media Manager II will be responsible for managing all social media activities globally, including building corporate social media content; the creation of strategic social media plans that are aligned with the company’s communications framework; and the development of timely, engaging content – including multimedia – for social campaigns. This position will work closely with teams across HID’s business areas, along with corporate subject matter experts, to execute successful thought leadership campaigns globally through social media, all with the goal of increasing audience size, engagement, and conversions. The role requires outstanding communications skills, a track record of driving engaging, meaningful social campaigns that tell a story, an ability and desire to closely collaborate with stakeholders across the entire organization, and the ability to execute high quality work efficiently and at a high quality.
