We are seeking a data driven and creative Social Media Manager to manage and enhance our company's online presence, with a strong focus on local visibility and social media engagement. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with experience in managing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing local listings, and integrating these efforts to drive positive customer engagement and acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of digital marketing experience with focus on social media management and SEO/local SEO.
  • Platform & Audience Expertise: Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their audiences, and engagement best practices.
  • Analytics & Tools: Experience using social media management and analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel emphasis); familiarity with HTML/CSS, Elementor, and content optimization is a plus.
  • Content Communication: Strong content creation, writing, and communication skills.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing trends.

Nice To Haves

  • Education & Background (Preferred): Bachelor's degree; agency experience and/or experience in related industries preferred.
  • Paid & Advanced Marketing (Preferred): Exposure to paid social advertising, keyword research, and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to aligned with business goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Content Creating & Scheduling: Create, curate, and schedule engaging, brand-aligned content (text, images, video) across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Community Management: Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, actively engaging with audiences and identifying potential crisis situations.
  • Local Listings Management: Create, optimize, and maintain online business listings across Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other relevant local directories.
  • Local SEO Accuracy: Ensure all location-specific information (hours, address, services, and photos) is accurate and consistent across platforms to support local search optimization.
  • Campaign Analytics: Measure and analyze the performance of social and local marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific insights.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports on organic campaigns, social traffic, and competitor activity, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment across all marketing channels.
