About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute social strategy across PGI’s brand portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and managing content calendars, collaborating with design and marketing teams, publishing content, driving engagement, and building meaningful community presence across platforms. This is not an entry-level posting role — this position requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional coordination, and brand discipline.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of social media management experience (preferably multi-brand or agency experience)
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and content marketing
  • Experience managing content calendars at scale
  • Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Hands-on design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar) with ability to create and edit social-ready assets
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, CPG, or B2B marketing is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
  • Build and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars across all brands
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual standards
  • Identify opportunities to leverage product launches, partnerships, trade shows, and campaigns
  • Partner closely with the marketing and design teams to concept, brief, and produce content
  • Provide clear creative direction for static posts, video content, reels, and short-form storytelling
  • Coordinate product photography, lifestyle shoots, and influencer content
  • Ensure all content meets compliance and brand guidelines
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting cadence based on platform performance
  • Stay current on algorithm updates and platform best practices
  • Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across all brands
  • Build engagement through proactive interaction
  • Escalate customer service issues appropriately
  • Foster strong relationships with industry partners and influencers
  • Track KPIs including engagement, growth, reach, and conversions
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve content performance
  • Maintain alignment across multiple brand voices while ensuring each brand retains its unique identity
  • Prioritize content across launches, campaigns, and trade events
