About The Position

We’re looking to hire an experienced Social Media Manager to own and grow TakeProfitTrader’s social presence across all major platforms. You will be responsible for consistent publishing, content repurposing, engagement, and most importantly, finding creative and repeatable ways to grow followers, reach, engagement, and inbound traffic every week. You will work closely with the marketing team to turn ideas into content and content into growth. The goal is not just to post, but to leverage social channels as a key growth engine.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years managing business social accounts
  • Proven growth of at least one account to 100K+ followers or 5M+ cumulative views
  • Direct ownership of growth metrics including reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Experience working inside a fast-moving company or with multiple clients
  • Strong communicator and highly responsive
  • Self-starter who does not require close management
  • Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through
  • Creative but data-driven, with a testing and iteration mindset
  • Comfortable being accountable to performance metrics
  • Internet-native with intuitive understanding of social trends and formats
  • Willing and able to become fluent in the trading niche quickly

  • Ability to create content independently in Canva or similar tools

Responsibilities

  • Fully manage the following social channels end-to-end: Instagram
  • X
  • Facebook
  • YouTube
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Reddit
  • Manage the existing, experienced team responsible for comment and direct message moderation, using their work to identify key insights
  • Create overall social strategy
  • Publish and schedule content
  • Write hooks and captions that drive engagement
  • Identify proven and repeatable content frameworks
  • Establish an organized A/B testing cadence
  • Assist with creator or influencer collaborations
  • Upload content using best practices
  • Manage engagement across platforms
  • Coordinate with the team to source ideas
  • Maintain a content calendar and consistent posting cadence
  • Identify growth opportunities on new platforms, events, and co-branded posts
  • Maintain regular reporting showing key metrics and growth analytics
