Requirements

  • Understand what makes great content and why it performs well
  • Can scroll your FYP and spot a future top creator before others realize it
  • Are organized enough to manage many creators with minimal hand-holding
  • Are a self-starter who figures things out quickly without a playbook
  • Write clearly and have strong instincts for tone and voice
  • Are comfortable with data — you can pull numbers, spot trends, and use it to make decisions
  • Have strong taste and a genuine love for fashion
  • Have experience editing videos
  • Are fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow
  • Want to win and care deeply about the quality of your work

Nice To Haves

  • Have made content yourself and understand the creator side firsthand
  • Have run or contributed to a creator or ambassador program before
  • Have experience with performance tracking tools
  • Have startup or fashion industry experience
  • Aspire to be a founder one day

Responsibilities

  • Build and run a UGC creator program in-house — sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and managing creators
  • Develop content briefs that are tight enough for creators to execute without extensive training
  • Track performance across platforms, identify what's working, and get the whole program iterating on it fast
  • Experiment constantly with hooks, formats, sounds, and angles to find what converts
  • Build genuine relationships with creators that go beyond transactional
  • Source and recommend creators, references, and accounts
  • Use AI tools to move faster across outreach, briefing, reporting, and workflows
  • Possibly even create content yourself
