About The Position

Social Media & Events Coordinator We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Events Coordinator who will be the face and voice of the dealership. This person will manage social media (including live broadcasts), interact with customers and community, plan and coordinate events. Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Evenings and weekends as needed for events. Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000/yr (based on relevant work experience)

Requirements

  • Comfortable being on camera, hosting live-sessions and interacting publicly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative mindset — able to generate honest, authentic ideas that connect with community and customers.
  • Flexibility — comfortable working evenings or weekends when events or live sessions require it.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events (in-person and virtual) — from concept through execution and wrap-up.
  • Serve as the public-facing representative of the dealership on social media: host live sessions, engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, build community.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, live streams, stories), ensuring brand consistency and voice.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
