About The Position

The Building Service Lifestyle Coordinator is the first person our guests and members see! This person is polished, energetic, and thrives on creating memorable, hospitality-driven experiences. A can-do attitude is essential to anticipate our customers’ needs, deliver personalized service, and contribute to a vibrant, community-focused environment. This role goes beyond concierge service. Serving as a key driver of resident satisfaction, retention, and leasing success through elevated service, engaging events, and direct support of the leasing process. This position reports to the Assistant Executive Director with additional support from the Director of Facilities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of concierge, hospitality, or multifamily experience
  • Experience supporting leasing, sales, or customer conversion preferred
  • Experience with event planning, community programming, or resident engagement
  • Familiarity with Yardi, CRM systems, and Rent Café is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions
  • A track record of contributing to resident satisfaction, retention, or sales goals
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, and Equal Opportunity Housing regulations
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional resident experiences
  • 2+ years of concierge experience in hospitality and/or multifamily housing

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, friendly, and elevated hospitality while promoting the Kenect lifestyle and brand
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building meaningful connections with residents and prospects to support retention, referrals, and leasing conversions
  • Support leasing efforts by assisting with tours, answering prospect questions, and helping guide prospective residents through the decision-making process
  • Partner closely with the leasing team to identify opportunities to enhance the prospect experience and support lease conversions
  • Support overall building operations through daily property walkthroughs, identifying needs, and coordinating with maintenance and facilities teams
  • Oversee quality control and maintenance requests related to amenity spaces, including the dog run, parking areas, fitness center, and shared spaces
  • Maintain curb appeal by placing signage at the beginning of each shift and returning it at the end of the day
  • Greet residents, visitors, and prospective members while providing personalized and attentive service
  • Help ensure the safety of residents and the property by monitoring building systems and reporting any unusual activity
  • Support mailroom operations and help ensure a seamless, white-glove package experience for residents and coworking members
  • Maintain the overall appearance and ambiance of the lobby, model units, and common areas
  • Assist with visitor sign-in procedures and general front desk organization
  • Plan, promote, and support the execution of resident events and community programming
  • Use events as an opportunity to build community, enhance resident satisfaction, and support leasing activity
  • Partner with marketing to drive engagement, attendance, and overall event success
  • Conduct regular inspections to help ensure the property remains safe, functional, and visually appealing
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance in alignment with brand standards
  • Attend required meetings and training sessions
  • Proactively engage residents using the 3ft rule, creating welcoming and positive interactions
  • Use open body language—standing, greeting, and smiling—to deliver approachable, high-touch service
