About The Position

BroadPeak Sports & Entertainment is part of BroadPeak Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on building and scaling high-performing businesses. Within Sports & Entertainment, we partner with and invest in platforms, experiences, and brands that sit at the intersection of sports, media, and live experiences. We take a hands-on, operator-led approach—working closely with our partners to grow brands, elevate fan experiences, and build meaningful connections through content, storytelling, and execution. We're looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. You'll work directly with our team to capture live moments, create content, and help bring our brands to life across digital channels—from on-site event coverage at Wolf Creek Golf Club and other venues to behind-the-scenes storytelling and campaign execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about sports, entertainment, and content creation, who wants exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth environment and the chance to contribute in a meaningful, visible way. This is a paid, in-person internship based out of our Sandy Springs office, with event travel included.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable design tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in sports, entertainment, private equity, or startups
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in social media or content creation

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit photo and video content at events and in the office
  • Create, schedule, and manage posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Write captions, short-form copy, and marketing content
  • Support graphic design needs using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Monitor engagement and pull basic analytics reports
  • Assist with digital campaigns tied to brand awareness and key initiatives
  • Support website updates, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Help maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels
  • Organize and maintain digital content libraries
  • Travel to events and capture content on-site (photo, video, interviews)
  • Work with staff to identify compelling stories and moments
  • Assist with post-event content organization and archiving
