About The Position

Hydrology Wellness is a physician-led wellness and aesthetics center dedicated to optimizing health, performance, and longevity. We specialize in BHRT, Peptides, Weight loss, regenerative treatments, medical aesthetics, and advanced wellness protocols in a modern, luxury clinical environment. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator to elevate our online presence and support strategic growth initiatives. The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across multiple digital platforms while maintaining Hydrology’s elevated brand voice. This role requires both creativity and structure from content creation and community management to maintaining an organized social calendar and tracking performance metrics. We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting it’s about driving awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital content creation
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms
  • Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing software
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable filming and editing short-form video content

  • Experience in medical, wellness, aesthetics, or luxury brands is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality photo, video, and written content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Capture in-office treatments, events, and educational moments
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with Hydrology’s luxury, clinical, and trusted brand positioning
  • Develop captions that educate, inspire, and convert
  • Maintain and manage a structured monthly content calendar
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate content shoots and collaborate with providers and staff
  • Monitor comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all public interactions
  • Escalate clinical or sensitive inquiries appropriately
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics
  • Provide monthly insights on engagement, reach, and content effectiveness
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine content based on growth goals
