About The Position

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all social media accounts for PGT Trucking and its affiliated companies. This includes content creation, scheduling and posting, audience engagement and reporting. Other responsibilities include assisting the Marketing Department with various projects, including advertising, event preparation, brand strategy, design work, and copywriting. This is an in-office position from the corporate office in Aliquippa, PA.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management for a brand, company or agency
  • Knowledge of online advertising through social media
  • Ability to organize and manage a content calendar for multiple platforms and companies
  • Proof of creative design and accurate copywriting work
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or other related field
  • Experience with social media management tools, Canva, and Adobe Suite

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and post engaging content on all platforms, including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, according to brand guidelines
  • Monitor messages through social media inboxes and posts
  • Create campaigns to support company initiatives like customer outreach, safety, driver news, etc.
  • Stay up to date on platform trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to determine brand strategy and quarterly initiatives
  • Report on social media account activity and analyze performance to develop effective social media strategies
