The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day social media content for Chula Vista Resort and its supported sub-brands. This role focuses on consistent posting, engaging storytelling, and performance tracking across social platforms, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, engagement, and guest interest. This is an entry-level, non-managerial role. While the coordinator manages content, they do not manage staff. Content & Posting Expectations Instagram & Facebook: 4–6 feed posts per week and 3–5 stories per week TikTok / Reels: 2–3 short-form videos per week Content includes resort experiences, waterparks, dining, events, meetings, promotions, seasonal content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling Posting schedules may shift seasonally based on resort activity
