Great Big Game Show is a fast-growing, high-energy entertainment brand from the creators of The Escape Game. With locations across the country and 15 opening in 2026, our social presence plays a critical role in how guests discover us, engage with us, and decide to book. This role is far more than just posting content and responding to comments - it’s about crafting engaging digital experiences that spark word-of-mouth, grow a loyal community, and generate real excitement around the brand. Part strategist, part creator, this person blends sharp copywriting with our guest-obsessed hospitality culture, always looking for ways to inject fun, stay ahead of trends, and keep fans coming back for more.

Requirements

  • Light Travel (0–2 times per month)
  • 40–50 hours per week. More may be required based on projects, priorities, and task list.

Responsibilities

  • Create, capture, and publish high-volume organic content across social platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video.
  • Film guest interviews, reactions, and in-studio moments that showcase the energy of the experience and keep our feeds feeling fresh and alive.
  • As the voice of TEG across social media platforms, the Social Media Coordinator ensures that every interaction reflects the playful, immersive nature of our brand.
  • The Social Media Coordinator is always looking for opportunities to surprise and delight fans, doing for one what we wish we could do for many.
  • With an iron-clad creative process, they provide the content that our fans know and love while staying on the cutting edge of emerging platforms and trends.
  • This role creates video content to improve communication with our frontline team, with a focus on motivation, clarity, and alignment around updates and changes.
  • The role also helps write, script, and direct video content used in frontline training.
  • Participate in guest interview efforts, both locally and nationally.
  • Help organize, capture, and segment feedback and reactions to inform our strategy moving forward.
  • Stay deeply plugged into social trends, platform updates, and emerging creator formats.
  • Bring ideas forward quickly and help translate trends into content that makes sense for our brand and audience.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and local store teams to support launches, ongoing campaigns, and special projects.
  • Pitch in where needed including support with data tracking and administrative tasks.
