Job Summary: The Social Media Coordinator supports Middle Tennessee Electric's mission to provide safe, reliable, affordable electricity and outstanding member service by developing and managing strategic social media content that informs and engages members in a meaningful way. This position plays a key role in communicating timely updates (including outages, safety messages, programs, and community initiatives) and promoting MTE's brand identity, which emphasizes trust, service, transparency, innovation, and community as described in MTE's communication philosophy.
