Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • 0–2 years of social media, marketing, or content creation experience
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professionalism and customer-focused mindset
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail
  • Team player who enjoys community involvement

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dealership websites, social media feeds and online galleries to keep them relevant
  • Keep specials and promotions current and accurate on all sites
  • Monitor customer comments and manage online reputation
  • Attend sales, service, and body shop meetings to gather content and goals
  • Promote events, incentives, and community involvement
  • Review advertising reports for accuracy
