About The Position

JerseySTEM is seeking a Social Media Coordinator/Moderator to execute the organization's digital engagement strategy. This role involves managing content, fostering community interaction, and maintaining a positive presence across platforms such as Discord, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram. This is a pro-bono volunteer position with a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week. A $100 refundable deposit is required for membership, unless exempt (K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt).
