About The Position

Our robots are designed to be generalists capable of operating in complex, real-world environments and handling long-tail edge cases, made possible by our cutting edge research and end-to-end system design. We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up to make generalist robotics a reality. We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to own and grow Rhoda’s presence across social media. You’ll work directly with our researchers, engineers, and leadership to turn cutting-edge research, robot demos, product milestones, and company news into compelling content for the AI, robotics, and broader technology communities. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts. You should have strong instincts for what resonates online and be equally comfortable developing the strategy and executing it day to day.

Requirements

• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing social media accounts, with clear examples of audience growth, engagement, or reach
• Deep understanding of X and LinkedIn and strong instincts for what makes content compelling and shareable
• Exceptional writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly without losing the substance
• Strong visual and multimedia instincts, particularly for short-form video and technical demos
• Highly proactive and able to identify interesting stories and opportunities rather than waiting for finished content
• Comfortable working closely with researchers, engineers, executives, and external partners in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing social media for an AI, robotics, developer, or deeply technical company
• Familiarity with the AI/ML research ecosystem and its online communities
• Experience building an early-stage company, research organization, or technical founder’s social presence
• Hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design, or other multimedia production

Responsibilities

• Own Rhoda’s social media strategy and day-to-day presence across X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Build Rhoda’s audience and establish a distinctive, consistent voice across the AI, robotics, and technology communities
• Work directly with researchers and engineers to turn research results, robot demos, technical breakthroughs, and company milestones into compelling social content
• Own social campaigns around research releases, demos, launches, conferences, and major announcements
• Create and coordinate social copy, video, graphics, and other multimedia content, working with internal and external partners as needed
• Track performance, experiment with content and formats, and continuously improve our strategy based on what resonates
