YOU GET TO: Work with the marketing team to grow the Wis-Pak Brands through digital advertising Monitor the Wis-Pak Brand social media pages Help develop and create engaging content for social platforms Assist the social team with brand partnerships Work with influencers, student athletes, and campus ambassadors Help the shipping team with influencer gifting Monitor social media channels for emerging trends Respond to consumer comments, messages, and feedback Direct consumer interaction through events Other Duties as Assigned DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description. Requirements
- Studied or currently studying marketing, design, communications, new media, consumer behavior, or similar field of study.
- Passion for digital marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Threads, and YouTube) and trends that occur on each platform
- Basic analytical skills to interpret social media data
- Knowledge of how to use Microsoft Outlook and Google Drive
- Customer service experience
- Time management skills
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Work with the marketing team to grow the Wis-Pak Brands through digital advertising
- Monitor the Wis-Pak Brand social media pages
- Help develop and create engaging content for social platforms
- Assist the social team with brand partnerships
- Work with influencers, student athletes, and campus ambassadors
- Help the shipping team with influencer gifting
- Monitor social media channels for emerging trends
- Respond to consumer comments, messages, and feedback
- Direct consumer interaction through events
