About The Position

Are you a social-first storyteller who loves creating content that connects and engages? We're looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our in-house digital marketing team. In this role, you'll work across multiple OTC and Vitamin brands, bringing our consumer healthcare portfolio to life across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This isn't your average content role. You will be a key player in an agile environment where you'll ideate, execute, and repeat, turning fresh ideas into compelling social assets every week. We're seeking a creator who is excited by our social challenge: making standout content within a regulated industry. Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Marketing, Communications, Media or similar field
  • Ideally at least 3+ years of experience creating social-first content, whether in-house, at an agency, or as a freelancer.
  • You have a portfolio that shows you can manage the content creation process from start to finish
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media best practices.
  • You possess excellent visual communication and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency in video editing and design tools is a must. You should be comfortable with tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Adaptability- You see the challenge of working within a regulated environment as an opportunity for creative problem-solving, not a barrier
  • Collaboration & Drive- You are a self-starter who excels at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. You thrive on working with cross-functional teams to turn great ideas into reality.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Content Creation: Take charge of the entire creative process. You will handle everything from ideation, scripting, and storyboarding to producing, filming (both behind and in front of the camera), editing, and publishing.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate on our annual social media strategies, quarterly reviews and help shape the key messages that define our brand voice online.
  • High-Volume, High-Quality Output: Consistently deliver 10-16 engaging, high-quality social assets per week designed to drive audience engagement and brand love.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, new formats, and competitor activity, sharing insights and applying them to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Performance & Community: Monitor the performance of your content, manage our social communities, and work with internal teams to ensure all communications are on-brand and compliant.
