About The Position

This individual will be responsible for capturing, developing and executing social media content that helps foster word of mouth and builds BIOLYTE’s brand reputation as the undisputed, most effective hydration product you can buy on the market today. This person’s primary responsibilities are as follows: Capture and create fun, engaging short-form video content that tells BIOLYTE’s story and brings the brand to life on social media Support the marketing team in executing content aligned with BIOLYTE’s brand and campaigns Stay plugged into trends and contribute creative ideas that keep BIOLYTE’s content fresh and engaging This individual will report to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Traits: Creative, Storyteller, Fun, Witty, Trend setting, Flexible, Multi-tasker, Quick
  • Must have completed at least 1 year of college courses prior to the start of the internship, preferably pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, etc.
  • A true social media native who lives and breathes short-form content, with a strong pulse on trends, creators, and what resonates on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • Confident working in fast-paced, real-time environments such as events and travel days
  • Experience using Google Workspace (ie. Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
  • Video editing knowledge with programs such as CapCut, InShot, etc.
  • Must be able to work in BIOLYTE’s HQ in Marietta, GA

Responsibilities

  • Capture and create fun, engaging short-form video content that tells BIOLYTE’s story and brings the brand to life on social media
  • Film and photograph content in the office, at events, and during activations to showcase BIOLYTE’s culture and brand personality
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and on-the-go content while filming the CEO and team members at industry events, speaking engagements, and travel moments
  • Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a focus on engaging storytelling
  • Support the marketing team in executing content aligned with BIOLYTE’s brand and campaigns
  • Assist with executing planned social media content and storylines by capturing assets that support campaigns, partnerships, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while still feeling authentic, energetic, and relatable
  • Adapt captured content to fit the tone and style of different social media platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand look and feel
  • Stay plugged into trends and contribute creative ideas that keep BIOLYTE’s content fresh and engaging
  • Monitor social media trends, popular audio, formats, and styles to help inspire timely and relevant content ideas
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage behind-the-scenes moments, user-generated content, and real-time experiences into social-first videos
  • Share creative concepts and observations with the marketing team to help BIOLYTE continue producing fun, scroll-stopping content
