Requirements

Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok,LinkedIn, Facebook)
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similarplatforms
Comfortable on camera and experienced with short-form video content creationand basic editing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye fordetail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a proactive, self-starter mindset
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) orsimilar design software
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later,Buffer)
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
Prior experience or coursework in marketing, healthcare communications, orcommunity outreach
Genuine passion for disability services, mental health, or social impact work
