Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok,LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similarplatforms
  • Comfortable on camera and experienced with short-form video content creationand basic editing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong eye fordetail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) orsimilar design software
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later,Buffer)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
  • Prior experience or coursework in marketing, healthcare communications, orcommunity outreach
  • Genuine passion for disability services, mental health, or social impact work
