Heritage Auctions is seeking a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to grow the audiences and business results of our Entertainment and Pop Culture categories. This role develops social strategy, identifies the stories Heritage should tell, manages influencer and paid social campaigns, and creates or directs platform-specific content. The ideal candidate combines strategic judgment with the ability to produce, edit, publish, and measure strong social content. Portfolio required. Candidates must provide work samples showing social strategy, content creation or direction, campaign execution, and measurable results. This is an in-person position based at our Beverly Hills, California office. 9420 Wilshire Blvd., Beverly Hills, CA 90212.

Requirements

  • Four to five years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, influencer marketing, paid social, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success developing multi-platform social strategies tied to audience growth and measurable business goals.
  • Strong ability to create and edit photo, video, graphic, and written content using Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships, including budgets, contracts, approvals, usage rights, and performance measurement.
  • Working knowledge of social analytics, publishing, social-listening, attribution, and reporting tools.
  • Strong writing, project-management, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Knowledge of or enthusiasm for entertainment, pop culture, fandoms, collectors, and creator communities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Entertainment and Pop Culture categories, auctions, events, and other priority initiatives.
  • Manage an integrated content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify properties, people, fandoms, trends, and cultural moments that can become timely and compelling social content.
  • Create or direct photo, video, graphic, and written content tailored to each platform, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit video and still imagery and schedule, publish, and quality-check content across social channels.
  • Identify and manage relationships with influencers, creators, collectors, and fan communities, including outreach, campaign briefs, deliverables, approvals, usage rights, and performance.
  • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, including audiences, budgets, creative testing, conversion tracking, and return on investment.
  • Use analytics, tracking links, social listening, and competitive research to measure results and recommend what Heritage should improve, test, or expand.
  • Partner with category specialists, Consignment Directors, Marketing, Creative, Public Relations, and content teams to support integrated campaigns.
  • Support auctions, conventions, exhibitions, and other events, including occasional travel and evening or weekend work.
