We’re looking for a Social Media & Events Specialist who thrives at the intersection of live experiences, digital storytelling, and brand strategy. This is a hands-on, high-impact role responsible for executing events and elevating OREMOR’s presence across social platforms. Our in-office time is used primarily for team meetings and formal and informal collaboration. The candidate should be local and within driving distance of the Tustin, CA office. Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in event planning, community engagement, or marketing.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience coordinating events and managing logistics end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual and automotive experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute dealership events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
  • Manage all event logistics, including vendors, permits, timelines, staffing, and on-site setup.
  • Serve as a point of contact for local partnerships and community relationships.
  • Maintain and coordinate the group-wide event calendar across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to support event execution.
  • Track and report on event performance (attendance, engagement, lead generation).
  • Capture and coordinate photo/video content for social media and post-event marketing.
  • Support social media planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms.
  • Work with agency partners on monthly content calendars and campaign execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and presentation across events and social channels.
  • Maintain organized records of events, partnerships, and performance metrics.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including reporting, presentations, and marketing materials.
