Youll work across offices, shop floors, and events capturing content as it happens. Expect a mix of active shooting and focused editing time. Some evening or weekend work may be needed for events. Requirements

25 years of photography, videography, or content creation experience
A strong storytelling instinct you know what makes something worth sharing
Ability to capture real environments (not just staged shots)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Skill in short-form video creation and editing
Strong eye for composition, lighting, and framing
A portfolio that shows what you can do
Self-starter mindset you dont wait, you go find the story
