About The Position

As a Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you’ll gain hands-on, real-world experience creating impactful digital content that supports business growth—not just brand awareness. This is a project-focused, creative role designed for individuals passionate about modern social media, visual storytelling, and performance-driven marketing. You’ll work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to concept, create, publish, and analyze social media content across CEENTA’s platforms. This role goes beyond general marketing support and focuses heavily on content creation, audience engagement, and measurable results.

Requirements

  • Rising college senior or bachelor’s degree completed in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital content, and modern marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and edit photo and video content.
  • Comfort using social media platforms for professional or brand purposes.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative, curious, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, create, and produce engaging photo and short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Edit content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms.
  • Write on-brand, compelling captions and calls to action aligned with campaign and service-line goals.
  • Schedule and publish content according to established content calendars.
  • Support day-to-day management of CEENTA’s social media channels with an emphasis on consistency and engagement.
  • Monitor comments and interactions, identifying trends, audience questions, and engagement opportunities.
  • Stay current on social media trends, formats, tools, and best practices, and recommend content ideas for testing and optimization.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.
  • Analyze content performance and assist in making data-informed recommendations to improve results.
  • Support campaigns designed to drive awareness, inquiries, and qualified patient leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns supporting eye care, ENT, allergy, hearing, and specialty services.
  • Assist with photoshoots, short-form video capture at events or practice locations, and campaign execution.
  • Contribute creative ideas tied to real business objectives—not just vanity metrics.
