As a Social Media & Communications Specialist, you will help shape how Activision engages audiences both externally and internally. You will lead day-to-day social media content and channel management while supporting employee communications that drive clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization. You will partner closely with PR teams, leadership, external agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful communications that strengthen culture, amplify key messages, and support broader brand and business objectives. This role operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment where priorities evolve quickly. Success means establishing a strong and trusted communications cadence, delivering high-quality content and communications, elevating engagement across social and internal channels, and helping scale storytelling efforts while maintaining accuracy, tone, and alignment with leadership and company priorities. This role also serves as a key contributor to Activision's communications function, helping connect employees and external audiences to the stories, achievements, and priorities that shape our business and culture. Based in our headquarters in Santa Monica, this role follows an onsite work schedule of four days per week. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs. This is a temporary position with the potential to convert to a regular full-time role. We are looking for a communications professional who is excited to contribute across social media and internal communications while growing alongside our team.
