Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Draft tactical creative briefs for social content, with guidance and supervision.
  • Translate campaign goals and brand priorities into clear, actionable direction for creative partners.
  • Iterate on briefs based on feedback and content performance analytics.
  • Act as the connective tissue between social and other departments—keeping the email team in the loop, workshopping concepts with copywriters, and ensuring alignment across channels.
  • Communicate timelines, priorities, and updates clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Build strong working relationships that make collaboration seamless.
  • Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, formats, and trends.
  • Actively contribute to social content brainstorms, bringing fresh concepts to the table.

  • Assist at pick-up shoots as needed, supporting on-set capture, supplemental content, and ensuring all needs are met.
  • Pitch in wherever production needs an extra set of hands, eyes, or ideas on social content needs.
  • Serve as the main author of the monthly newsletter, owning it from draft to send.
