The position requires balancing collaboration with the client's social team while working within the agency's ecosystem, necessitating confidence in delivering work without constant client direction. Flexibility and organization are key due to high volume and short turnaround times, requiring the ability to adjust craft to client needs and balance creativity with speed. Being a quick study of the client's business and social strategies is also important for making informed editorial decisions.
