About The Position

The Program Assistant supports the implementation of the North Carolina Psychiatry Access Line (NC- PAL ) programs within the UNC Hub by providing entry-level support across research, data, and program operations. The role contributes to program evaluation efforts through data collection, management, monitoring, and reporting, and plays an active role in supporting quality improvement initiatives and stakeholder communication. The individual will help develop training, outreach, and academic materials, while also supporting day-to-day program needs such as inventory management, funder documentation requirements, and coordination of outreach and recruitment activities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams at UNC and collaborate with external partners, including Duke University and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services ( NCDHHS ).
