The Social Catering Sales Manager bears the responsibility of promoting and coordinating events for both internal groups and external clientele. Their principal duty is to sell banquet food and beverage services, while their additional responsibilities encompass menu design, agenda formulation, and coordination of hotel meeting services. Further duties include scrutinizing contracts and fostering effective communication with hotel personnel before, during, and after events to guarantee an exemplary level of service. The Socail Catering Sales Manager will also participate in site inspections, nurture robust client relationships, and collaborate seamlessly with the sales and catering teams. Special emphasis is placed on weddings, galas, holiday celebrations, and various other social gatherings.
