About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is hiring a friendly and reliable coach to teach beginner-level sports lessons to children in Grades K–3 at elementary schools across the Bay Area. The posting describes the role as a Soccer Coach for Kids, while the introduction also refers to volleyball coaching. Training, lesson plans, and equipment are provided.

Classes are held Monday through Friday between 1:00 and 5:00 PM and last 1–1.5 hours. The flexible schedule is approximately 2–5 hours per week. The position is part-time and in person, with pay of $50–$65 per class.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Be reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and classroom management skills.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Be able to complete required employment screening and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Soccer playing or coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach fun and engaging soccer lessons to children in Grades K–3.
• Manage groups of 8–10 children.
• Set up equipment and take attendance.
• Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
• Communicate with parents and school staff.
