About The Position
Challenger Sports Academy is seeking a Soccer Coach to deliver soccer sessions to various age groups, teams, and players following a set Challenger curriculum. This role involves coaching daily/weekly sessions for players aged 2-8 years old, communicating with your Regional Director weekly, and adhering to your schedule while being adaptable to changes due to weather. Challenger Sports has been a total soccer company for over 25 years, catering to players, coaches, parents, and administrators with a comprehensive range of soccer services and products.
Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with younger children.
- Must have experience working with children.
- The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
- Must have work authorization to work in the USA.
Nice To Haves
- Experience within Soccer coaching, particularly coaching ball mastery is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-8 years old)
- Communication: to your Regional Director weekly.
- Scheduling: follow your schedule & be adaptable for any changes based on incremental weather
