About The Position

Super Soccer Stars is searching for enthusiastic candidates to be a Soccer Coach for our team! With over 22 years of experience in youth soccer training, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality coaching and fostering a positive environment for kids to develop their skills. As a Soccer Coach for Super Soccer Stars, you will lead engaging training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes individual attention, a non-competitive atmosphere, and positive reinforcement to encourage children to reach their full potential.

Requirements

Experience in coaching or teaching soccer.
Passion for working with children.
Ability to deliver fun, dynamic, and educational activities that promote skill development.
Strong communication skills for interacting with players, parents, and team members.
Willingness to adapt to different age groups and skill levels.
Availability to work weekends.
Ability to transport yourself to various locations for training sessions.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in coaching, teaching, or working with children, preferably in sports.
Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and training techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young players.
Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to the growth of each child.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
