About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Soccer After School Instructor to lead our K-1st grade soccer program. This role involves teaching fundamental soccer skills and fostering a love for the sport in a fun and engaging environment. The instructor will be responsible for planning and executing engaging sessions that align with the program's goals.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or instructing soccer, preferably with young children.
• Strong understanding of fundamental soccer techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a group of young children effectively.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must be available on Mondays from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working in an after-school program.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Knowledge of child development principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct K-1st grade students in soccer skills and drills.
• Plan and implement engaging soccer class sessions.
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for all participants.
• Manage class logistics, including attendance and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with program coordinators and parents as needed.
