About The Position

We are looking for a SOC Trainer to support our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Wilton. In this role, you will train new and existing SOC officers on procedures, systems, and best practices to ensure high-quality security operations.

Requirements

• Previous SOC (Security Operations Center) experience
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Ability to follow and teach standard operating procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a fixed weekday schedule

Responsibilities

• Deliver training for SOC officers on daily operations, incident response, and reporting
• Train staff on SOC systems, tools, and communication protocols
• Support onboarding of new SOC personnel
• Conduct refresher training and skills checks as needed
• Maintain training records and provide feedback to leadership on training needs
