About The Position

The SOC Trust Services Program Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting applicable US Contract Logistics sites with regards to SOC Compliance. This role serves as the bridge between technical teams and auditors, translating complex control implementations into clear, structured compliance narratives. The Program Manager will coordinate with independent external auditors and internal compliance stakeholders to manage all SOC activities throughout the client lifecycle, from planning and evidence collection through execution, reporting, and continuous improvement. They will own the end-to-end delivery of SOC audit engagements, managing scope, timelines, evidence collection, auditor coordination, and report issuance to achieve clean opinions on schedule. The role drives the SOC control lifecycle, evaluating new controls for onboarding, managing material control changes, coordinating remediation of findings, and maintaining evidence baseline packages for cross-program reuse. A deep technical understanding of the site’s control environment, including infrastructure security, change management, access controls, encryption, and physical security, is required to translate that understanding into compliance narratives auditors can rely on. The position aims to streamline SOC evidence collection, consolidating overlapping auditor requests across programs, and investing in automation and self-service evidence mechanisms. The Program Manager will monitor evolving audit standards and industry frameworks, proactively assessing impact on the network control environment and reporting obligations. They will communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity and precision, including assessment progress, remediation tracking, and strategic roadmap updates. Cross-functional partnership with Operations, Internal Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Legal teams is essential to ensure SOC alignment across the compliance portfolio. The role also involves training the organization on SOC Compliance requirements and adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years’ experience of warehouse operations, manufacturing, or third party logistics.
  • 3+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • English & Spanish (reading, writing, verbal) is highly preferable.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • SOC compliance.

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment.
  • 5+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or a similar certification
