About The Position
Securitas is seeking a GSOC Operator with flexible availability to satisfy open shifts as business permits. The SOC Operator position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming. Requirements
- Flexible availability to satisfy open shifts as business permits.
Responsibilities
- Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording.
- Perform alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems.
- Handle emergency dispatch.
- Conduct incident reporting and analysis.
- Perform remote alarm panel programming.
