SoC Modeling Engineer
About The Position
This role is to support expanding SoC Architecture team with modeling of various physical and performance aspects of SoC operation. Successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in following domains: Hands-on with MatLab, SimuLink or similar products, Hands-on with SPICE simulations at component and device level, Modeling of electrical systems and circuits, at component and transistor level, Modeling of thermal systems, Modeling of Power Delivery circuits (PMIC and PDN), Digital design at RTL, gate-level and transistor level, Modeling of SoC traffic patterns, Automation of simulations and exploration space, Ability to work under supervision and independently, Excellent comprehension, organization, communication and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
- PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Computer Architecture, Queueing Theory is a plus
