About The Position

This Research Assistant position will support clinical research studies within the Reproductive Genomics Research Team in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. The research portfolio includes studies focused on high-risk pregnancies, families affected by genetic conditions, and prenatal diagnosis. Primary responsibilities include screening electronic medical records to identify potential participants, recruiting and consenting eligible individuals, coordinating study activities, entering and maintaining research data in REDCap, and assisting with study documentation. The Research Assistant will also support clinical research coordinators with project planning, study implementation, and other research-related activities. Depending on study needs, the position may assist with qualitative interviews and other data collection activities.

Requirements

• Experience with screening electronic medical records
• Experience with recruiting and consenting participants
• Experience coordinating study activities
• Experience entering and maintaining research data in REDCap
• Experience assisting with study documentation
• Experience supporting clinical research coordinators with project planning and study implementation
• Experience assisting with qualitative interviews and other data collection activities
