About The Position
We are seeking a Tier I SOC Analyst to join our 24/7 Security Operations Center. In this role, you will monitor security systems, investigate alerts, document incidents, and escalate issues to ensure timely response to security events.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to security alerts in a 24/7 environment.
- Analyze, classify, document, and escalate incidents.
- Follow established incident response procedures and playbooks.
- Support network and security incident response activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve monitoring and detection processes.
