About The Position
The School District is seeking a High School SOAR Advisor. This position is part of the Athletics/Activities department and is located at Red Wing High School. The schedule for this role varies. The stipend is $3,838 per school year, in accordance with the Teacher Master Agreement. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.
Requirements
- Experience in advising or a related field.
- Understanding of the SOAR program or similar student support initiatives.
- Ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a high school environment.
- Familiarity with the Red Wing High School community.
Responsibilities
- Advise students within the SOAR program.
