About The Position

Yellowstone Club's Snowsports department is currently seeking Snow Sports Events Crew candidates for the upcoming Winter season! Our Winter employment dates are Early December - March 31st. The purpose of the Events Crew is to aid in the set-up, tear down, and maintenance of event venues and equipment. This includes but is not limited to Freeride, Slopestyle, and Racecourse venues.

Requirements

This position requires strong skiing abilities.
Creditable Freeride, slopestyle, or race experience with ability to aid in set-up and tear down of venues.
Passion for working with participants of all ages.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while working with a group of all ages.
High School diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work

Responsibilities

Aid in set up and tear down of Freeride, Slopestyle, Racecourse, and all other event venues.
Maintain safe venue surfaces throughout the day.
Set netting as needed to ensure the safety in appropriate areas on course.
Work to understand course setting techniques as well as knowing the different disciplines.
Be available during day to assist with other duties as needed.
Be organized and detail oriented, utilizing checklists or other systems to ensure no task is left undone; anticipate events and plan ahead.
Prepare for the unexpected weather; remain focused on the end result.
