About The Position

In the Snowmobile Office Manager position you will be leading a 4-person office team in providing top-level hospitality to our guests. You and the office staff are the face of the company, the first point of contact for guest, and the ones who greet the guests at the beginning of each snowmobile experience. In this role, you will be painting the picture of the snowmobile experience guests will remember for a lifetime when they call to reserve a tour, and cultivating the staff's sales style and techniques. Preserving the warmth, vibrancy, and presentation of the office and other guest areas where guests are received. Among the first person guests see when they arrive, and you will get them signed in and sent off on their winter adventure. Interfacing with guests and addressing customer needs in support of the office staff. Assisting radio communication with the snowmobile guides. Ensuring accurate completion of office paperwork (legal waivers, incident reports, day-to-day guide and office forms) and coaching the team as needed. Scheduling office staff shifts as well as monitoring company-wide time sheets. Working with concierge and travel planners for group bookings, handling all aspects of group tours from booking to billing. Responsible for complete, accurate end-of-day banks and reports. Assist office staff with all of their duties. Assisting with operations that support T-Lazy-7 to provide an extraordinary experience to each of our guests.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the USA
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license, with no restrictions
  • Education level - high school or equivalent
  • Extensive POS experience
  • Able to lift 30lbs without injury to self
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
  • Exceptional written and spoken English-language skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional sales skills
  • Communication on a two-way radio
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Work in a crowded environment with various noises and activities (talking, phones, radios, revving engines, guests sign-ins)

  • The Snowmobile Office Manager position is a contracted seasonal, full-time position starting Late October, 2026, and ending April 15, 2027.
  • Office Manager typically works Tuesday through Saturdays; however, the Snowmobile Office is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm throughout the snowmobile season (including Thanksgiving and Christmas days) and the Office Manager may be needed occasionally on days off.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching and managing the Reservation team with positivity, patience and by providing an excellent example
  • Answering 3-line business phone
  • Taking snowmobile tour reservations via phone and email
  • Selling/up-selling tours via phone and with walk-in guests
  • Assisting guests with purchases in our gift shop
  • Assisting guests with information requests, concerns, and issues with respect and kindness
  • Orchestrating and witnessing the signing of guest waivers
  • Collecting payment from guests
  • Operation of cash registers and POS systems
  • Recording tour and employee call-in times on radio
  • Conducting opening and closing of office/registers for daily business and ensuring that bank and daily sales sheets are accurate and complete
  • Cleaning, tidying, and maintaining the snowmobile office, gift shop, changing room, restrooms, and employee locker room
  • Shuttling guests in company vehicles
  • Selling, stocking, and inventorying company merchandise
  • Moving/lifting objects packages, merchandise and office supplies
  • Collecting and delivering mail and packages addressed to business and ranch residents
  • Assisting ranch residents with concerns and requests
  • Snow shoveling of pathways, around the office, bathrooms, and changing room, and insuring walkways are salted or graveled as needed so that they are not slippery
  • Helping to keep guests, fellow employees, and yourself safe by carrying out Covid protocols
  • Miscellaneous office/clerical duties as assigned
  • Assisting with any variety of tasks required to get snowmobile operations up and running prior to the season open
  • Manning tables at expos and gatherings for marketing purposes
  • Performing first aid and responding to and assisting with emergencies, as well as, completing and following through with incident reports, dispatch and paperwork (per company protocol)
