About The Position

This role supports the Global Accessory Product Strategy team for Snowmobile Accessories, reporting to the Snowmobile Accessories Product Manager. The coordinator will collaborate with various departments including Business Intelligence, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and International to drive the accessory product strategy. The position involves research, market analysis, portfolio management, financial business case development, sales forecasting, and acting as a product expert to educate internal teams and dealers.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge and passion of the snowmobile, automotive or powersport industry is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, mechanical engineering or related fields. Experience relevant to the position will be considered.
  • Strong analytical and scenario-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams while maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Creative and enthusiastic team player.
  • Ability to multitask and set priorities.
  • Must be fluent in English and French.
  • Availability to travel on occasion.

Responsibilities

  • Research and develop market and business trend studies to identify and evaluate new portfolio opportunities for accessory products and market growth.
  • Collaborate with selling regions to optimize the global product offering based on worldwide market and consumer needs.
  • Lead the accessory portfolio process for products in conjunction with design and engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain financial business cases for selected projects and validate their profitability throughout development.
  • Research and forecast potential sales volumes, penetration rates, and market shares for each project, adjusting as necessary.
  • Work closely with design and engineering throughout the development process to guide projects from a customer perspective.
  • Become an accessory product expert and share knowledge through presentations to sales and go-to-market teams, and by educating and supporting dealers.
  • Define accessory product information (features and benefits) and content needs in collaboration with marketing teams, providing strong storylines for consumers and dealers.
  • Support marketing teams by managing accurate product information (PIM) and marketing assets (DAM) for all required accessory content.
